How to lose weight - Six golden rules of weight reduction

I am 40 years old and my height is 178 cms. but I am overweight and my weight is 105 kg.  Due to my overweight I am facing lot of problems like knee pain,back pain and my blood pressure is also high. How can I reduce my weight, without medicine naturally?


Reducing weight is not an easy task but it is not impossible.  Based on the information provided, you are suffering from Obesity.  Before you think of reducing your weight, you have to consult a doctor to rule out medical reasons for your obesity. If there are no medical reasons then you have to follow the following routine.

You have to take weight reduction seriously.  You have to reduce at-least 24 Kg. of your weight to feel the real benefit. Make a target of weight reduction of 2 Kg per month and 24 kgs in one year.  You have to know that weight gain is due to many reasons other than medical reasons.  Follow the Six Golden rules for weight reduction.

4.       Drink more water – Drink more than 6 glasses of water per day.  This will keep you hydrated and will help in the good performance of your organs.
5.       Eat Healthy – Eat healthy fresh and fibrous food rather than refined and sugary foods.
6.    Have a good night’s sleep and avoid Stress – Having a good night sleep will boost your metabolism and follow the stress busting techniques.

The above mentioned six golden rules will definitely help you in achieving your goal of losing weight or reduction of your weight.


Weight loss refers to a reduction of the total body mass. There may be many reasons for reduction in the weight loss of any individual.  Weight loss can also happen due to a diagnosed or undiagnosed disease. It is always better to have a weight loss program in a planned manner so that the weight loss is long and lasting and does not create a problem.  Any unexplained weight loss should be thoroughly investigated.
